This is a pumping station with a couple of short 1.2km runways and no other obvious military airport equipment. But there is at least one tank which has been captured, BMPs and military trucks.
[edit: I think the map ref given is wrong. The videos do not show a made up runway or cylindrical tank-like buildings as visible on the satellite images. A more likely location is

The satellite image fits the video impression of a very short dirt airstrip with a few small buildings and some parked vehicles. The location would appear to be excellent for firing mortars and short range artillery at Bokamal. It would certainly not be a base for jet warplanes.]
