#Syria, Russia has another highly secret military base other than Jable/Hmimim

A former conscript revealed to Zaman Al Wasl that russians have another highly secret miltary base Banyas countryside, nearby the village of “Kueib” known as ” Kaab Ammar”.

Activists have seen rusian vechicles driving up to a high mountains than drive down to the deep valley from a narrow road to the base which is believed to have long range balistic missiles as activist Mutaz Shaqlab wrote in his FB personal page.

He mentionned that Mukhabarat elements and barriers don’t allow at all anyone to go down to the valley. But the population know the existence of the russian at the bottom of the valley, they saw 3 days ago huge trucks transporting weapons. The vehicles are russian made but with syrian plate numbers.

A former soldier who spent 3 months in the base revealed to Zaman Al Wasl that the base is situated nearby Banyas in an area that is known for its deep valleys and muddy mountains, nearby a small village called

كعيب أو “كعب عمار  wchich does not exist on the map.

There are russians and  northern korean officers in the higly secured base. During his stay in 1999, he received orders to avoid talking and asking questions or even joke. He added that trucks were arriving to the base with large wooden boxes. The soldiers’s task was to remove the wood and wash them, and the officers  would transport and cover the content with fabrics to another truck. Tyis operation would happen under  the AF strong security.
