In a series of radical changes for ISIS leaders in Deir Ezzor/ The Gracious state, the governor (Abo Hafs AlJazrawi) -Saudi citizen- was deposed and a local leader (Abo Saad AlAnsari) -from Raqqa province- was appointed. Also, (Abo Atheer AlAbsi) -Syrian citizen- who was the military emir of the “Gracious State” and one of the most prominent faces in there was deposed and (Abo Eid AlJazrawi) -Saudi citizens- was appointed instead.
Furthermore, #ISIS commandment has deposed (Abo Khalid AlJazrawi) the emir of Deir Ezzor city and appointed his deputy (Abo Salih AlJablawi) -Syrian citizen- in his place. Several other changes deposed numerous leaders of ISIS militias in Deir Ezzor.
These changes came after the continued military failures against Assad’s forces that have increased their attacks on the residential neighborhoods inside Deir Ezzor city and the nearby suburbs.
