Local source in Ninawa province, revealed that Daesh’s Chief, Abu Bakr alBaghdadi, issued on Thursday an urgent circular to clean up the jails in Ninawa Province from the Soldiers of the Caliphate, and emphazized that dozens of commanders and Daesh elements have been liberated in Mossul and environs.
The source told the Iraki al Sumeria news, that ” a number of Daesh commanders and armed individuals who have been jailed for different reasons, have been released from jails in Mossul, while the rest of the detainees are waiting to be released after their files have been studied.” He added that “cleaning up the jails come under serious fears of the next battle of Mosul, and the attempts by the organization to benefit of the military ability of those who have been detained, and use them to fill the gaps.”

Nateq News also learned from a source close to the organization, that this decision concerns all the regions in Syria and Irak, incuding those jailed in Raqqa and Deir Ezzor, specially the Muhajirun, except no less than 250 members who have attempted to defect and were caught, and who are mostly europeans.
In the same context,Other sources mentionned that the organization does not know the fate or whereabouts of the syrians from Raqqa and Deir Ezzor, and was unable to answer their relatives who have been looking for them.
